The year I started my substack, The Reset.
✨While I had the best intentions when I started this newsletter on March 1st of this year, I never could've expected that momentum would grow THIS quickly—✨
10 months, 78 posts (which I’m recapping below), 150+ VIP subscribers (I love you guys), 1,100+ paid subscribers (THANK YOU), and 13.5k+ free subscribers (I’m so glad you’re here), and officially ranked as the 15th (🫢) most popular health substack newsletter…?! It genuinely makes me emotional.
While there’s been a A LOT of ways I have shared my health knowledge over the years— both professionally and creatively— substack has been hands. down. my favorite platform yet.
