Hey, hey, my friend–

I don’t know about you, but it can feel so. dang. easy. to get swept up in the day-to-day tasks of life— doing the “same ol’, same ol” routines, choices, and schedules.

Annnnd before we know it, these repetitive loops get us “stuck” in habits that aren’t reaaaaally serving us *nervous laugh*

So, it becomes crucial to occasionally PAUSE. to truly LOOK around at your life. to take inventory. to *break out of* that autopilot loop.

And one impactful way to do this with your health is by completing a step-by-step mini “health inventory”, and that’s what we are doin’ today!

In this 20-minute journaling exercise, I will guide you through a few intentional writing prompts in order to reflect, take inventory, and get CLARITY on what’s working (....annnnnd, um, what isn’t) when it comes to your health.

I encourage you to go grab your pen & paper now, orrrr just simple “save” this post for when you have a pocket of time. The specifics on when you do this journaling exercise doesn’t necessarily matter, buuuuut I do strongly encourage you to actually DO this—

Because at the end of the day, it’s only 20 minutes. Less than one netflix show.

First things first— grab your favorite journal, pen, maybe change into your comfy clothes, and set a viiiiiibe. Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can relax and let go of any distractions. Take a moment to settle in maybe make a cup of tea, and give yourself permission to show up with intention! 

It’s not always easy to “find the time” for our health, but it worth it to MAKE the time ;)
