Got a few minutes? If so, you can whip up a nourishing sweet treat with greek yogurt (and the toppings of your choice!)
21

Alright friends, I’m ready to dig into my first recipe on The Reset!

[crowd— that, um, exists solely in my mind— goes WILD]

Here’s the deal—

While I occasionally share my recipes on my insta & the ol’ Foundation Blog, I have been SO excited to share my recipes here on “The Reset” because food TRULY is a love language for me.

It’s hard to describe, but cooking, nourishment, and sharing food feels so intimate, and sharing my recipes in such a close-knit Substack community just feels…. right.

This recipe, like every recipe I share, is simple.

To put it plainly— I’m juuuuust NOT a 40-ingredient, spend-three-hours-making-dinner type of gal (literally, WHO has the time?! the money?! the energy?!)

Me? I’m all about simple, whole foods and delicious recipes that will keep you satisfied and nourished.

Because, I just don’t subscribe to the idea that “healthy eating” has to be overly-complicate, time-consuming, or “fancy” to make a difference.

Which encompasses the ~exact~ type of recipes I am going to be sharing on my substack— simple, whole-food focused, and, of course, DELISH.

So, today we’re going to make one of the easiest sweet treats ever: frozen yogurt bark.

Guys. I cannot express how easy these are.

Not to mention, nourishing.

These simple yogurt bites are full of healthy fat and protein— and they’re SO easy to make and customize to what you have on hand, your taste, and what flavor combos you personally like.

So here’s how you do it!
