Hello, my friend. Happy Sunday!
It’s time to reset. ◡̈
In case you missed it— I this is a new BONUS series, The Sunday R.E.S.E.T. where I share a personal & curated recap of the things I am loving, pondering, & recommending.
In this edition of The Sunday R.E.S.E.T., you can expect—
RECOMMENDING: The perfect pill organizer. I’m serious. It does not have one singular flaw. And it’s only $7. I am weirdly passionate about this.
EATING: After nearly a decade of being gluten-free, I found the best brand of GF noodles ever. (Bonus: they are organic, simple ingredients, *and* aren’t ridiculously expensive)
SAVING FOR: The specific nontoxic pots & pans I am shopping for. (Hint: it’s not any of the popular, over-promoted, trendy brands😉)
EMBRACING: small ways that I am embracing the change of seasons (plus, a peek at my fall bucket list!)
THINKING: About my ever-changing relationship with social media… whew.😮💨
Let’s get into it!
While this new Sunday R.E.S.E.T. series has been completely free for the first 3 weeks to give everyone a taste, this edition is the first to have a paywall.
If you’d like to read the full article, you can become a paid member (to receive The Sunday R.E.S.E.T. every other week), or become a VIP member (to receive it every Sunday!). Thanks for all your support of this new, bonus offering!
If you’re anything like me, you intend to take your supplements consistently… but life often gets in the way.
Because, let’s face it— in the midst of a busy day, the last thing I want to do is fumble around in the medicine cabinet, open up each individual bottle, etc. So, I finally decided to do something about this minor annoyance, and get a pill organizer. (Groundbreaking, I know.)
And, of course, in typical Kate fashion, I took my purchase way too seriously.
Here’s what I was looking for—
A monthly layout (so I only had to organize the supplements once every 31 days, instead of weekly. Such a time saver!).
It had to be somewhat sleek & aesthetic so that it wouldn’t be an eyesore on my counter. I am who I am.
Bonus points if it had removable “pods” to hold each day of vitamins (I didn’t want to have to flip the entire pill organizer upside down just to get one stinkin’ day out.)
It had to be affordable.
And I found it. For less than $8. She’s perfect.
I have taken my supplements every. single. day. since I got it.
Here ya go— the perfect supplement organizer. You can thank me later 😉
After being gluten-free for over a decade (wait, what?!), I have tried my fair share of god-awful gluten-free pasta. You know the type— dry, clumpy, and overly dense.
Until I found this brand.
