Hello, hello from the Coast of Maine!
As you may remember, my little fam has been roadtripping around the East Coast (gluten-free lobster rolls 4ever plz), and one thing I *always* travel with is my journal. Every trip. Every location. Every time.
But, today, as I sat down to do some writing and reflect on my year so far (um, somehow itās September?!), I felt the CLEAR desire to invite you, my substack fam, into the momentā and here we are.
Say hello to a 15-minute guided journaling session to get *clarity* on the last 4 months of the year!
Iām not quite sure how itās ALREADY fall, but in the post-summer glow I always find myself feeling more grounded, more focused, and more intentional than my carefree summer days.
I personally find entering the last quarter of the year to be particularly impactful (September has such a motivating āback to schoolā energy, doesnāt it???).
Because, letās face it, despite our best intentions, that motivated January 1st naturally wanes throughout the yearā but we can reclaim I personally find reflecting on the last quarter of the year to be an impactful way to actually accomplish the goals I set at the start of 2023.
So, today, weāre gonna do just that!
In this judgment-free 15-20 minute guided journaling exercise, weāll dig into a few writing prompts about finishing the last quarter of the year strong.
Because, the reality isā¦.
You donāt need January 1st, a Monday, or a blank page to begin again.

You can start RIGHT NOW and finish the year strong āĀ you just need to take a few moments to get to the root of where you are and where you want to be, and the actions steps thatāll take you from Point A to Point B. And my hope is that these journaling prompts will help you do just that.Ā

An inventory exercise to help you identify all youāve accomplished this year
A down-to-earth look at the truth of where you are right now, and of where you want to be
A reconnection with your WHYā what do you really want? And has that changed?
An identification of where you could be December 31st of this year.

A PEEK AT THE 8-WEEK CURRICULUM:
WEEK 1: āNOURISHā

This one is alllll about sleep ā how to get deeper, more restful, more rejuvenating sleep, WHY sleep matters (weight, hormones, etc.), optimal wake/sleep times, holistic hacks for sleep, etc.
WEEK 4: āMOVEā
Yes, we all know we āshouldā exercise, but what types are best, HOW do you actually fit in a busy day, how often, how to make it a habit, working out with your cycle, etc.
WEEK 5: āRESTOREā
This module is all about stress management, self-care, curating purposeful morning routines, intentional evening routine, holistic ideas for stress management, meditation, etc.
WEEK 6: āUPGRADEā
Mmmm, this is your everyday life, but ~elevated~. How to optimize practical, āeverydayā things ā finding providers you like, cultivating a health-promoting environment, how to set yourself up for success, etc.
WEEK 7: āRITUALIZEā
Once weāve set the foundation, we learn holistic habits and integrative therapies as the cherry on top! We will cover a variety of integrative modalities and holistic habits so that you can find the ones that resonate for YOU.
WEEK 8: āCOMMITā
Okay, weāve learned it ā but how do we STICK with it? This module is all about making a plan, setting goals, how to *actually* be consistent, prioritizing, habit stacking, etc. This is where we go from an 8-week course to a LIFESTYLE of healthy choices
