Because, instead of just focusing on the straight-forward foundations of health (nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management), it is so. dang. easy. to get wrapped up in the “shiny” wellness things— quick fixes, specific diet plans, fancy pilates studios, acia bowls, or whatever TikTok tells us is the wellness trend of the #moment and think that they are what will give us true, vibrant health.
But, instead? What if I told you the boring, non-glamorous “secret” that focusing on your sleep could help upgrade nearly *every* other area of your health.
