I’ve noticed most it’s oat milks that actually have MORE fat per serving than almond or nut milk... because of the added seed oil.

Curious - what are your views on coffees impact on blood sugar itself?

As for coffee, I do have a lot of thoughts-- more than I can fit in a comment, tehe. Adding that to a list of potential topics!

Great point! I was personally referencing the brand of “malk” for oat milk in this post (as it is the most pure and best option in my opinion!) they don’t add industrial seed oils so the total fat is lower per serving where other brands have up a substantial amount of fat per serving (largely made up of industrial seed oils). Such a great example of how quality matters!
