A message from your Mama!

You are so wise and your words are true!

Each person needs to parent in the way that is true to them.

I think it is harder now, than in my generation, as times were simpler back then.

There was no social media, hence, none of that comparison.

We relied on intuition and consulted our parents or mentors as needed.

My parenting book resources were Dr Spock and John Rosemond.

You and Adam are doing an amazing job parenting and it is a joy to watch the love and intention you put into it!

Love you more!

Love this Kate!! SO true. Social media is a blessing and a curse when it comes to motherhood (and all things lol). I have learned so much and received helpful tips but it has also led to me questioning at times if I’m doing the “right thing” and you’re right usually there are so many different options or ways to do things and what works for you may not work for me and vice versa! Here’s to cheering fellow mamas on for how they are raising their littles and what works for THEM. Thank you! 💕

I resonate with this so much! Just had my first baby 7 weeks ago and the amount of “shoulds” or “just waits” or seeing a long list of things baby NEEDS is overwhelming! I’ve found that just doing what feels natural and following my intuition has worked best for me and baby, my situation and baby aren’t like anyone else’s and there is so much comfort in that God chose ME to be the mom of this little baby, not anyone else 💗
