This is so good! I haven't ever heard it put this way, but I've definitely been thinking about aging and having vitality for the long term a lot lately. My grandma is still spry and spunky in her 90s and I want to be like that too! But that starts NOW taking care of my health.
YES. I think this is epsecially helpful when it comes to longevity-- helps connect the "why" to doing healthy habits NOW while we're young and how it *will* impact our future health!
