These RESETs are becoming my new Sunday tradish, I love them! Somehow the themes are different every week, yet incredibly useful, helpful and relevant all at the same time. How do you do that?!
Question for you: unfortunately I am pretty stinking allergic to ginger and turmeric (bummer, I know. A food allergy I only discovered recently and am still grieving the loss of!). Any equivalents to these two magical substances I could try instead?
Thank you so much for the kind words-- I LOVE writing this series. I, unfrotunately, am not aware-- but another immune super food is garlic ◡̈ Definitely wouldn't be great in a juice, but something you can cook with more frequently!
Thanks for sharing your playlist! I recently went to a sound bath session and it was the MOST relaxing almost spiritual experience! I added to my tool box to lower my cortisol ☺️
Omg sound baths are the best. That physical experience is so cool… and on the more everyday moments, a playlist will do 🤣 fun fact: adam is OBSESSED with sound baths. I took him to one 3 years ago and he still brings it up like once per month 🤣🤣🤣
Hehehe I drag my husband a long to all the “woo woo-ish” things and he ends up loving it. I got him outside with me for barefoot grounding in the mornings too 🤣😂
Do you use a particular site or app for your 15-20 min strength routines? Or just so what you feel for that time? I’m the type of person who needs a plan or someone telling me what to do!
I LOVE peloton! Or just random people on youtube-- but I would say peloton is a one stop shop! Also loved "expecting and empowered" app for this when I was preggo ◡̈
I love reading your RESETS. I too am looking to replace my Sorels this winter season so I loved seeing the ones you’re considering on the last letter as well. Congratulations on your breastfeeding journey, it is such a sacred time with our babes!
When you automate putting money towards an art savings account — is there a financial app or software you use to set that up with your bank?
Yay! Let me know what boots you get-- I am still debating, ha! And I use Qapital. It's a savings app that allows you to customize, save for different things, automate, etc. I've used it for 6+ years now, and LOVE IT. It's how I fund my whole life, hahaha. Not sponsored or anything, but here's a refer a friend for $25 in your account for free: https://get.qapital.com/U7cuwyFNXfb ◡̈
Your reflection on sounds therapy made me think of a book that you would probably like. . . Have you heard of “Your Brain on Art”? Super fascinating read if you’re interested in how we can use art for health and wellbeing!
I’m loving this series!

The sound therapy is so interesting. I am listening to it as I am typing this out.
Yay! I find it so calming.
