Today we’re digging into one of my favorite topics when it comes to SUSTAINABLE wellbeing: sneaking moments of health into your busy day-to-day life.
Whatever stage of life you're reading this post from right now, I’m going to guess you have a lot of responsibilities on your plate.
Whether you are a student, a parent, a partner, a caregiver, a business owner, an employee, or any combination of those various roles— the days tend to fill up quick no matter what life stage you’re in.
And I’m right there with ya! As a small business owner, part-time college instructor, wife, and mom— my life feels very, um, full 🤪😅
Yet even though I sort of always have a lingering feeling like there’s *more* to do in a day (because there always is. and there always will be.), I have still found some grounding, easy, and time-efficient ways to to add some moments of health without adding a bunch of stress, time, & effort to my already-full plate.
I feel that so often (and understandably so) it can be so easy to fall into the mindset of “I’ll get healthy when…”
When my kids start school. When I have a new job. When I live in a different area of town. When I have more money for yoga classes.
When, when, when…
As busy humans, we're always kind of pushing off health for the future, and I just want this to inspire you that:
1) you can start today (even if it’s small), and
2) your healthy habits don’t have to look “perfect” to count.
Today’s post will show you how to fit health into your day-to-day life right here, right now, in this life stage, no matter where you're at.
